We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a German multinational company operating in the field of medical devices, an Executive Assistant.

The Job Post is based in Zaghouan (Djebel Oust) 

Missions :

-          Provide all necessary administrative support to the Managing Director (CEO)

-          Organize and coordinate office operations

-          Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports including flights, hotel bookings, car rentals & Airport pickups

       in compliance with company policies

-          Organize meetings & events (preparing venues, arranging video conferencing,

       preparing documents & coordinating coffee and lunch breaks…) for clients and partners

-          Maintain client & network contact database for the Managing Directors

-          Replace the managing director in meetings in case of absence

-          Provide and deliver meeting reports

  Profile :

-          University degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or law (career changers also possible)

-          5 years of experience as an executive assistant

-          Structured and organised style of working

-          Familiarity with handling sensitive and confidential data

-          Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office tools

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Good Time & stress management skills

-          Fluent in English and frensh

-          Experience in a multinational group is a plus
