We are currently hiring for one of our clients, a renowned European multinational specialized in the Promotion of personalized marketing solutions, a Talent Acquisition Manager. 

Missions : 

-  Update the company's talent acquisition strategy

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

­ Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs

­ Manage and direct the recruitement team

­  Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

­ - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

­ Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals

­   Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies 


Profile  : 

- MA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field

- Previous working experience preferably in the recruitement field for 5 year(s)

- In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods

- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

­- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

­- Proficiency in English
