What You'll Do:
• Develop sales strategies for international and local markets.
• Establish strong relationships with distributors, GMS (large and medium-sized stores), traditional circuit, and HORECA sector.
• Oversee the distribution process and ensure execution in accordance with agreements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and international regulations through intermediaries.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and assess consumer needs.
• Promote products to partners to stimulate indirect sales.
• Lead internal and external sales teams, providing necessary training and support.
• Motivate and manage sales teams to achieve set objectives and improve performance.
• Monitor market trends to adjust sales strategies and maximize results.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Management.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in international sales and export.
• Language Power: Fluent in both English and French.
