Your Responsibilities:
• Develop a marketing Strategy for a high-end brand based on international markets .
• Identify and analyze market opportunities and consumer trends.
• Define the brand's positioning and develop key messages tailored to each market.
• Ensure consistency in positioning across all communication channels.
• Design and implement communication and promotion campaigns tailored to the cultural and economic specifics of target markets.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content (advertisements, social media, events).
• Prepare detailed marketing budgets for each market.
• Ensure that product packaging and labeling comply with local standards and regulations of target markets.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements.
• Analyze results and adjust strategies based on performance and market feedback.
• Lead and motivate a marketing team, ensuring task distribution and performance tracking
Your Profile:
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, initiative-taking, and communication skills.
• Autonomous, independent, and numbers-oriented.
• Excellent command of English.
