We are currently recruiting for our client a Sales Administration Manager.
Location : Lac 1

Responsibilities :

Manage the entire administrative process of sales contracts, from signature to product delivery to customers. 
Process and record both supplier and customer orders. 
Review sales contracts and ensure the validation of invoice payment terms. 
Handle and resolve disputes arising with customers and internal teams. 
Maintain and update timelines and dashboards. 
Manage customs relations and oversee export procedures. 
Report directly to the CFO


Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) or Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Business, Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role. 
Strong analytical, initiative-taking, and communication skills. 
Independent and results-oriented with a strong focus on data. 
Proficient in both French and English.
