We are currently recruiting for our client a Sales Administration Manager.

Location : Lac 1
Responsibilities :
• Manage the entire administrative process of sales contracts, from signature to product delivery to customers.
• Process and record both supplier and customer orders.
• Review sales contracts and ensure the validation of invoice payment terms.
• Handle and resolve disputes arising with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain and update timelines and dashboards.
• Manage customs relations and oversee export procedures.
• Report directly to the CFO
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) or Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Business, Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong analytical, initiative-taking, and communication skills.
• Independent and results-oriented with a strong focus on data.
• Proficient in both French and English.
